In December 24, 2020, Paima Packaging completed installation and commissioning of a complete PET bottled water filling production line in Ethiopia. On‑site real‑time shooting records show the whole line running steadily under continuous mass‑production conditions, and the client expressed high satisfaction with the equipment performance.
The turnkey water solution includes water treatment system, rinsing‑filling‑capping monoblock, automatic labeling machine, shrink wrapping equipment and full‑set conveying system. The line is designed to adapt to local working conditions, featuring stable filling accuracy, low failure rate and easy daily maintenance.
Our overseas engineers provided full‑range on‑site technical guidance during installation and commissioning. After trial production, the equipment reached designed capacity smoothly. The client gave positive feedback on the stable operation and overall quality of the whole production line.
This project marks an important footprint for Paima Packaging in the East‑African market, and accumulates valuable practical experience for our bottled‑water turnkey solutions in the region.
