Specially designed for packaging metal cans, paper cans, glass jars, glass bottles, plastic jars, and plastic bottles, the series of caton packing machine from Paima is a continuous motion wraparound case packer capable of reaching speeds up to 25 cases/trays per minute.

The PM-PT-P Wraparound carton packer machine uses up to 20% less corrugated material than conventional regular slotted case packing systems. The system collates the products, loads the corrugated cases or trays, and closes them with hot-melt glue. The PC-4500 provides tight packages minimizing the need for partitions while protecting glass containers from damage. If needed, the system options allow for automatic insertion of partitions, dividers, or pads to increase product protection.

This machine receives the product, groups the product into patterns, automatically feeds corrugated blanks, forms the blanks around the product pattern, applies hot-melt glue, holds the wraparound case in compression, and produces a finished, shippable case. The system is easily adjustable for varying product sizes, speeds, and product patterns. The machine runs trays as well as wraparound cases.

A rugged machine that minimizes labor requirements, increases productivity and reduces packaging materials. The machine integrates easily into new or existing lines of packaging equipment.

Flow Chart :
Produce conveyor→Automatic setting→Carton box automatic setting→Carton box automatic position→Falling type case packer→Conveyor→Automatic carton folden →Conveyor feeding out.

Automatic system control cabinet:
Case wraparound machine adopt Siemens PLC to control the complete system of the machine.
The interface is Schneider touch screen with good display of production management and status.

Conveyor system:
The Bottles and cans will be divided and inspected on this conveyor.

Lateral carton pressing mechanism:
The lateral cardboard of carton be pressed by this mechanism to form the shape.

Top carton pressing mechanism:
The cylinder presses the up cardboard of the carton after glueing. It is adjustable, so that it can suitable for different size of carton.

Automatic bottle dropping system:

This system separates the bottles in carton unit automatically, and then drops the bottles automatically.

Cardboard folding mechanism:
The servo driver of this mechanism will drive the chain to fold the cardboard step by step.

Automatic cardboard supplying system:
This equipment is installed in the side of the main machine, which stores the carton cardboards, the vacuumed sucking disk will indraft the cardboard into the guide slot, and then the belt will transport the cardboard into the main machine.
