In July 2024, Paima Packaging successfully completed delivery, installation and commissioning of a 1500BPH 5L edible oil filling and packaging production line in South Africa.
The project is specially customized for large-capacity edible oil packaging production. Designed for 5L plastic oil bottles, the production line achieves a stable output of 1,500 bottles per hour. The complete solution covers bottle rinsing, precise gravity filling system, capping, labeling, coding and final packaging equipment, realizing fully automated oil product production procedures.
Adopting anti-leakage filling technology and dust-proof and corrosion-resistant structural design, the equipment ensures accurate filling volume, no dripping and clean production environment. The whole line runs smoothly with low maintenance frequency, fully meeting local standardized edible oil production and sanitation requirements.
This successful project expands Paima Packaging’s business scope in the edible oil packaging industry and further enhances the company’s market influence in the African region.
