In early August 2026, Paima Packaging successfully completed delivery, installation and full commissioning of a complete supporting packaging line in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project is equipped with 24 heads hot melt glue labeling machine and low-speed shrink wrapping machine, serving the local beverage packaging production demand.
The 24-head rotary hot melt glue labeling machine adopts a high-precision servo synchronous control system, supporting stable OPP hot melt labeling for various PET bottle types. With the advantages of high labeling accuracy, low glue consumption and stable operation, the equipment fully adapts to medium and low-speed continuous production scenarios. Matched with the supporting low-speed automatic wrapping machine, the entire line realizes automated bottle arrangement, precise labeling and integrated group packaging process.
According to local production environment and operational habits in Indonesia, Paima Packaging has optimized the equipment structure with simple operation, rapid mold change and low maintenance cost. The whole packaging line operates stably with low failure rate, greatly improving packaging efficiency and product appearance uniformity.
