On October 9, 2024, Paima Packaging successfully completed delivery, installation and commissioning of a complete normal-temperature juice filling production line in Bangladesh.
The full turnkey solution includes fruit pretreatment system, juice filtration and purification system, rinsing, filling and capping integrated machine, automatic labeling machine, shrink packaging equipment and complete conveying system. The production line is designed for multi-specification PET bottle juice production, adapting to diversified local beverage market demands.
With stable operating performance, accurate filling volume and flexible model switching function, the equipment effectively meets the needs of mass production of various fruit juice products. Optimized structural design reduces daily maintenance difficulty and production cost, achieving high-efficiency and standardized beverage production.
