This flexible production line supports three bottle sizes: 1.9L at 2000BPH, 1L at 4000BPH and 320ml at 6000BPH. The complete turnkey solution covers fruit pre‑treatment system, juice filtering and purification system, constant‑temperature filling machine, bottle rinsing‑filling‑capping monoblock, automatic labeling machine, shrink packaging machine and full set of conveying systems.
The Peruvian beverage market features diverse product demands and frequent iteration of juice specifications. The client required one single line to produce multiple bottle formats with fast change‑over.
